ProCrete Resources now offers the HP Spartacote Moisture Mitigation™. Moisture Mitigation is ideal for concrete slabs exhibiting elevated moisture levels (> 75% relative humidity or 3 lbs moisture), We recommend the use of Hydro-Shield SL™ moisture primer. This single coat application consists of a chemically enhanced 100% solids epoxy applied over a shot-blasted surface profile.
